The Security Education Director will be a member of the Global Information Risk & Security Office reporting to the Chief Information Risk & Security Officer. The Director will be responsible for managing a team which develops and delivers security education and awareness trainings with a focus on secure application development techniques for both Pactera customers and internal software development teams. Trainings developed by this team will be used to train and certify new hires within Pactera's software development teams and support new business opportunities by providing application security practices trainings to customer's. The Security Education Director will partner with Pactera business partners, universities and industry certification programs to build external awareness and credibility for the program.

Personal Attributes
? Senior security leader with a strong background in developing and delivering application security training programs
? Experience within software engineering and/or ethical hacking
? Strong organizational and program management skills
? Excellent oral and written communications skills
? Solid experience within a consultative delivery environment
? Experience working within a fast-paced heterogeneous software development environment
? Experience managing a medium-sized team of security education professionals

Experience Level & Certifications
? 10-15 years overall information security experience
? 5+ years hands-on software development experience
? 5+ years managing a team engaged in developing and delivering security trainings
? 5+ years in a client facing role
? Certifications shall include one or more of: CISSP, CISM, CEH, PMP
? B.S. degree
