职位名称：销售工程师 Sales Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责
1.To achieve sales targets and take relevant market share 完成既定的销售目标
2.Prepare project proposal and quotation 制定项目计划
3.Develop and manage customer platform 发展和管理客户平台
4.Conduct seminars and training to customers 对客户进行产品培训
5.Provide reports and feedback on competitive activities, market intelligence, including prices and products on a periodic basis 定期汇报市场相关信息
6.Develop and maintain good customer relations by frequent customer visits/contact 拜访和联系客户，发展和维护客户关系
7.Offer technical support to the customers 为客户提供技术支持
8.Develop and maintain sales monitoring/forecasting programs 支持销售监控和预测项目

REQUIREMENTS 资格要求
1. Outgoing and hardworking personality 外向上进
2. Able to work independently 能独立工作
3. Proficient in the use of Word/Excel/Power Point 能熟练使用电脑办公软件
4. Willing and able to travel 愿意出差
5. Good English in spoken and written preferred 能用英文沟通
6. Willing to learn and improve 良好的学习能力和发展潜力
7. Willing to possesses strong product knowledge 良好的产品知识吸收能力

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 教育和经验要求
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Material or Thermal preferred 无机硅酸盐/材料/热能相关专业本科毕业
2. At least 2 years sales experience 2年以上销售经验
3. Working experience in metallurgy/heat treatment/furnace industry preferred 熟悉冶金或热处理或金属铸造或工业炉行业
