Job Title: Design Engineer-设计工程师
Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限:
1、Supporting unobstructed and efficient project execution，
be responsible for design and creation of 3D-/2D-drawings & documentation
支持项目运作，负责设计、创建3D-/2D图纸及文件存档。
2、Independent realization of his tasks
能够独立确认自己的任务
3、Observance of the schedule and ability to assert oneself
严格遵守计划的进度安排，并有能力坚持自己的权利
4、Wide overview of functional solutions, production processes, product complexity
对问题的解决方法、生产流程及产品复杂性具有广泛的了解。
Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责
1、General Description :
－Unobstructed and efficient project execution
使项目顺利有效地进行
－Continuous improvement of our products and processes
对我们的产品和流程作出持续改进
－Permanent enhancement and improvement of our know-how
永久提高和改进我们的专有技术
－Attainment of the given cost, date, engineering and quality, Env. Goals
达到成本、时间、技术和质量环境目标
－Attainment of the given tasks and project goals, particular concerning CAD development, construction and documentation
完成上级指派的任务、取得项目目标，尤其是在CAD开发、建立和存档方面。
2、Main responsibilities:
－Design and creation of 3D-/2D-drawings, concept design, creation and support of part lists and LBs
负责设计和创建3D-/2D图纸、概念设计和零件清单和LBs的编制及支持
－Support documentation according to Design Phase of Product Life Cycle
根据产品生命周期的设计阶段，支持相关文件进行存档
－Support and design of technical modifications and economic improvement of our products and processes
支持项目所涉及到的供应商、生产计划、采购及物流之间的协调交流工作
－Support coordination of prototype planning and production, test planning (creation of sample and test orders, DVP&R)
支持手工样件计划和生产的协调工作，检测计划（确定样件，检测顺序及DVP&R）
－Management of all drawings, LBs, Bom( internal release, distribute, drawing management system)
图纸，LBs，Bom（内部认可，分发，图纸体系管理）
3、 EHS Responsibility
－Comply with EHS related regulations & standards
遵守公司EHS相关规定及标准 (14001 & 18001 etc)
－Report EHS-related issues to manager / EMR in a timely manner: incidents,
“near misses,” unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, etc
及时向主管经理或EHS 管理者代表报告发现的任何EHS事故、未遂事故、不安全的条件以及不安全的行为等
－Correct the non-compliant conditions or activities as required & fulfil the EHS commitment
按要求对不符合规定的条件及活动进行整改及履行EHS 承诺
－Actively involve into EHS continual improvemen
积极参与EHS 的持续改善
－Design pro-active programs & make decisions to reduce exposures & hazards during the design of new
or existing products, packaging & handling requirements （reduce/eliminate the safety risk, consider the ergonomics &
energy saving and reduce the environment pollution etc.)
在新产品的设计阶段或者对现有产品重新设计、定义包装和搬运要求时制定前瞻性的计划，
从而做出决策以降低危险（降低/消除安全隐患，考虑人机工程，节约能源及减少环境污染等）
Job Qualifications:
"工程专业（机械或相关领域）本科或以上学历
University degree or above；major in engineering (mechanical or equivalent field)"
良好的英语运用能力Good command in English
熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software
"-At least two years working experience of engineering development in automotive industry
在汽车产品技术方面至少两年以上的工作经验"
Project experience is required
At least two years working experience in a JV or foreign company
