岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

1、Establish and maintain Quality Management System
建立并保持质量管理体系
2、Coordinating of setup Quality Objectives
协调质量目标的设定
3、Coordinate the implementation of Corporate Documents (CD)
协调公司文件（CD）的执行
4、Planning and conducting internal quality system audits
策划并实施内部质量体系审核
5、Coordinate with external audits (customer, 3rd party, corporate audit)
协调外部审核（顾客，第三方，公司审核)
6、Follow-up all nonconformity from the external and internal audits
所有内外部审核的不符合项的跟踪
7、Quality tools and concepts introduction
质量工具和概念的引入
8、Temporary tasks which delegated by the direct supervisor
直接主管委派的临时任务
9、Reporting and documentation
报告和记录


岗位要求 Qualification requirements

1、本科或以上程度。University degree or above
2、良好的英语运用能力，会德语者优先考虑。Good command in English. German speaker is prefered.
3、熟练运用相关办公软件。Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, powerpoint)
4、三年以上质量管理经验，至少一年汽车行业从业经验。优先考虑有参与项目经验者。At least 3 years of experience in quality management and one year in automotive industry. Project experience is preferred.
5、至少2年以上外资企业工作经验。At least two years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company.
