Job-Description:

· Managing of ongoing orders and staff

· Assuring local business by pursuing company goals,

· Support the creation of quotation or extensions, customer visits, maintaining order documentation and reports and/or creating/preparing those, reporting back in the chain of command as well as assuring mutually agreed order effectiveness and achieving highest customer satisfaction.

· Assuring competence, know-how and quality of provided service

Main-Tasks:

· Supporting sales on quotation or extensions

· maintaining and/or creating/preparing order documentation and reports

· Responsible for corrective actions personnel and quality wise

· Employee development and recognition of future leaders

· Preparing and holding management presentations internal and external

· Pursuing corporate goals and mutual agreed effectivities

· Traveling, also international if necessary

· Achieving highest customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

· Team leadership experience

· Technical understanding and quality awareness

· Several years with experience of automotive industry / machine engineering

· Conscientiousness and accuracy

· Coordination of work teams

· Fluent in Chinese and English (German would be an advantage)

· Awareness of orderliness and cleanliness

· Flexibility in working hours

· Flexibility in the use of activities

· Using tools and other equipment

· Willingness to travel

· Basic computer skills

· MS Excel and Outlook experience
