职位描述
工作地点：西安或厦门均可
招聘子公司：达创科技（东莞）有限公司厦门分公司
职责：
1.与项目经理、测试人员共同合作，保证软件开发的正常进行。
2.根据项目需求文档进行概要设计
3.在概要设计的基础上进行代码编写，并执行单元测试。
4.根据压力测试的结果进行性能优化。
5.修复测试人员发现的bug.
要求：
1.计算机、电子、自动化等相关专业毕业，本科以上学历；
2.熟悉软件设计技巧，有一定软件架构的经验。
3.精通C/C++软件开发，熟悉Java/.Net Framework者优先
4.熟悉数据算法、数据结构，有高性能软件开发经验
5.熟悉网络编程，了解TCP, UDP, Socket, NAT等概念
6.需要较强的逻辑分析、数据分析能力、问题排查能力；
7.良好的工作习惯、沟通能力、及团队合作能力；
8.良好英文阅读能力
