-For our Siemens Real Estate (SRE) in Beijing, we are looking for an Assistant Location Manager at the earliest opportunity.

Working Partners/Contacts
-Tenants； FM in LE； CEO, CFO, Corp. Functions of LE； SRE AM District General Manager； NEA SRE HQ functions； Real estate agents； External landlords and lessees； Vendors and Service providers, Consultants, architects； Local Authorities； Siemens Province / GA Organization； SLC Corp. Functions (e.g. Tax, Legal, CSCM)
What are my responsibilities?
Tasks
-Act as quality gate of all location concepts within AMU.
-Support AMU head for smooth RE operations, benchmarking and best practices
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Knowledge/Languages requirements
-Basic knowledge of RE market in the country/area as well as mechanism and tasks
-Basic knowledge in multiple corporate real estate disciplines, e.g. asset, property and lease management, FM & procurement of RE services
-Profecient in English and Mandarin
Experience
-Basic knowledge in Business Administration (Budgeting, Forecast, cost control, …)；
-Customer orientated；
-Good communication and and social competency, continues improvement orientation
-Capability
-Change orientation;
-Result and quality orientation
-Good at independent working as well as team player
