JOB OBJECTIVES:
Lead the KBU sales team to implement sales strategy,initiate contacts with existing and potential customers, identify their needsin terms of product specifications and schedules and sell appropriate productsaccordingly in order to support unit objective achievement in sales targets.Management and coaching of sales and promoter team
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, lead and carry out sales activities with theKBU team to achieve sales targets by calling and visiting existing/prospectivecustomers to understand and identify their needs to create a long-term customersupplier relationship.
- Develop proposal on sales, technicalsolutions to customers and ensure marketing strategies are implemented
- Further secure business opportunities byidentifying customer needs in terms of product application, services requirements,identifying buying cycles, delivery schedules and pricing structure forspecialized products within the appropriate business segment, includingnecessary information provided to other functions, e.g. supply chain, customerservices, technical.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of industrytrends, technical development, market activities and industry intelligence tohelp define the marketability of products and report to supervisor identifiedtrends that could affect targets.
- Collect customer data/ information/feedback/ expectations prepare for presentation/ seminars/ workshops to promotethe products and services
- Develop and regular update promotionalcampaign and materials
- Monitor, analyze, assess and communicatemonthly sales data to supervisor and propose product/service planning, revisionof strategies, identify business opportunities, pinpoint problem areas andprovide solutions.
- Establish a database to obtain, update,maintain and evaluate market trends, the application of products/technology andservice needs, etc in order to support identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead, guide and coach sales and promoterteam
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: UniversityGraduate in Crop Protection, Agriculture or related studies
2. Experience: morethan 10 years in Crop Protection
3. Technical &Professional Knowledge: Basic English Skills
