Job Description:

1. MDF Utilization and Organization

• Fully utilized supplier’s quarterly MDF
• On time submission of supplier MDF claims
• MDF follow up with supplier and record keeping

2. Marketing Activities

• Event planning, execution, monitoring and control within budget and objective
• Co-ordination with the Marketing firm, sales team, suppliers and customers on the events/activities are on schedule and in line with the goal

3. Marketing Co-ordination

• Communicate and co-ordinate with internal and suppliers on any supplier’s marketing update, information or marketing materials
• Working closely with marketing firms on the quality of services and budget control

4. Marketing Communication

• Maintenance of ACC China web site
• ACC China newsletter
• Customer Satisfaction survey co-ordination and follow up with sales team

5. Record update and keeping

• Customer master data update (monthly)
• Sales reports (by suppliers, customers, region etc, I will work with her to perform further analysis for the data)

Requirement:

1. Diploma/Degree in Law or equivalent

2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in contracts management

3. Good analytical skills and attention to details.

4. Fluent in both spoken and written English

5. Good command of office software, such as Firework or Photoshop
