职位职责

1. 销售合同执行

1.1.负责各产品线的日常商务工作；

1.2.进行销售合同审核、签订及后续订单的追踪；

1.3.在SAP系统中进行销售订单处理，联系物流发货；

1.4.协助完成收款及开发票等事宜。

2. 内外部沟通

2.1.协助各事业部完成销售管理工作，对于日常事务进行有效的沟通；

2.2.协助销售完成公司内部运营的相关流程，协调与其他运营部门的接口工作；

2.3.协助客户查询货物运输情况，协调物流部门进行发货、派送、签收等工作。

3. 文档管理

3.1.及时完成销售合同、协议等文件扫描归档工作；

3.2.负责商务文档管理，按照公司规定进行定期整理。

4. 商务报表分析

4.1.负责收集、整理各类商务报表；

4.2.对各类商务报表进行有效的分析，提出有效建议；

4.3.及时向直接领导汇报分析结果。

岗位要求

-本科及以上学历

-1年以上商务工作经验、IT分销行业背景优先

-熟练使用office软件，具有SAP使用经验者优先

-良好的中英文读写能力

-良好的沟通能力，做事细心严谨、踏实稳重，学习能力强，有团队合作精神
