法国高端化妆品公司诚聘零售区域经理 工作地点可在西安/成都/重庆任选其一

General Summary

An AM is managing avg 20~ 30 stores of nearby cities. He/She take the full responsibility of sales growth & profit of his/her stores


Duties and Responsibilities


Budget and Financial Results:

1. Main objective Sales and AM KPI ( Sales, SP, Payroll, EB, PB, SMS, TR, SAS, staff TO)

2. Responsible of the quality of the store and the team.

3. His/her Bonus will be driven by:

a) Monthly: Sales (80%) – KPI (20%).

b) Quarterly : SP and People (turnover, talent pool and productivity)

c) Annual: MPP (Sales (30%), SP (30%), HC and SM (20%), Personal Projects (20%)

4. Responsible for cost control. Adjust staff mix (BA, EBA) to meet headcount budget and payroll budget. Check store roster and KPI, Secure profit delivery

5. Store daily target break down checking, fine turning proposal.

6. Totally secure ‘look & feel’ of the store through monthly in-store checking, secure in-store activities & initiatives, to guarantee service level


Communication

1. Secure communication both side with HO and DM/SM.

2. Weekly/monthly update with RD on area result, identify opportunities and action plan.

3. Hold weekly conference meeting with direct report DM/SM to identify weekly focus action plan

4. Store visit secure same message & company spirit (1 visit/store/2 month is desired)


Area Management

1. Full day working in store and securing “floor management” during peak seasons

2. Responsible of the good relationship with the GM of the malls.

3. Responsible to give the right information on marketing tool from the landlords and update it.

4. Sourcing local marketing opportunities

5. Share best practice in store visit and meeting.

6. Participate building rules of SOP, and secure procedure execution.

7. Analyze store stock take report, check store shrinkage. Validate stock transfer. Validate expired write off.

8. Training SM on merchandising manual, check store merchandising standards.


People Management:

1. Responsible to coach DM , SM, Store manager in Training

2. Final recruit BA, interview ASM, SM

3. Define SM/ASM training needs, and followup

4. Check store training schedule and result

5. MPP quarterly for DM, SM, and Store manager in training (with DM together)

6. Check DM, SM performance via weekly conference and store visit.

7. Monitor CSM management, report efficiency & actions taken

8. Follow-up e-learning/testing result, secure quality of in-store training, and manage the balance of working hours

Qualifications


Knowledge, skills required

? Management experience

? Excellent communication and analytical skills.

? Proven sales management experience

? Cosmetic or any other retailer experience desirable

? Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel.


Experience Required

> 4 years in Retail


Minimum Educational Level

? College Graduate or equivalent. Master degree preferred.

? Proficiency in a foreign language desirable.


Requirement of the Job

? Willingness to work flexible hours to answer store’s urgent request & business needs at any time.

? Verbally communicate with clients and store employees in a clear manner

? Operate POS and personal computer and calculator

? Write memos, performance reviews, etc.

? Consistent and reliable attendance.
