工作角色:负责管辖区域内罗技品牌宣传,渠道促销和售点显现等市场相关工作
工作内容:

? 按公司策略定期制定和执行品牌宣传计划
? 充分利用本地媒体和渠道用低成本最大化公司品牌宣传
? 组织实施渠道宣传和草根活动
? 开发/维护行业和跨行业市场联合合作伙伴
? 按需开发/维护当地市场供应商
? 售点的显现
? 有创意/低成本地快速扑捉售点的显现机会
? 督促/监督RSR在售点的执行和跟进
? 建立维护售点模范店和高产出店的显现和执行
? 渠道促销
? 推广/执行全国和区域整体促销活动
? 和当地销售/市场经理设计/执行本地的促销活动
? 管理电脑城,LFR, 学校,网吧等渠道重要客户的促销
? 组织和管理促销员队伍
? 报表和其它
? 本地市场费用的申请,管理和核销
? 培训销售队伍和客户罗技产品知识
? 定期辅导/监督RSR的日常工作
? 有效管理/使用促销品和其它显现工具

Responsibilities and authorities:
Overview:
? The TMR (Territory Marketing Representative) is a key support role in growing our geographical coverage in China.
? He/She trains and leads RSR team in their day to day activities in order to support sell out and build a strong brand presence in a given cities for the future.
? The TMR is responsible to execute the national/local channel marketing activities in a designated province or cluster with RSR/TSR team
? He/she will build a strong brand presence both in POS & Ads. in designated province for future, improve brand awareness
Mission:
? Grow the POS sales out revenue of Logitech‘s portfolios in responsible POSs by leading RSR or promoter team, executing together on channel sales & marketing activities
? Keep outstanding Logitech channel branding in POS (1.Store image 2. In store Merchandising for selling+ DEMO/Sample experience 3.Campaign& promotion POP exposure 4.Maintain IT mall Ads & LFR in store Ads )

Key Measurable Activities for TMR:
? 40% of designated province or cluster sell thru revenue
? 60% of channel brand presence
? 30%, number of POS building in A,B shops of IT channel & LFR
? 30% of local outdoor or POS brand image building
1. Territory channel marketing management
? Plan RSR weekly/monthly shop visits list & route
? Work with TSM& FMM for shop visit check list report
? Execute POS merchandising standard
? Provide priorities and itinerary in given format, based on shop level, revenue importance, etc…
? Daily manage RSR shops visit on time & check RSR working result
? Manage and control timely execution
? Manage local warehousing, allocation and dispatching of merchandising material (giveaways, POS, samples, etc…)
? Manage local marketing budget, responsible of claiming on time
? Visit territory authorized &unauthorized POS to check Logitech’s merchandising standards are respected
? Includes product counter display guideline/ POP placement /demo unit display
? Territory sample management
? Build a winning team between Logitech, local territory distributors, resellers, authorized dealers and final tier
? Regularly run local channel loyal program with TSM
2. Channel Marketing Activities Execution
? Directly implement territory marketing activities with territory RSR team or promoter team
? Execute company’s/Local promotions in given territory
? Execute company’s/Local road-shows in given territory. Includes venue selection and negotiation, training RSR, POS/promoters, on site supervision and execution
? Support & execute company’s product channel launch
? Includes channel preparation, distribution and collection of notice letters and agreements for POS/product placement, demonstrations
3. Channel Branding
? Manage the brand building in a given territory
? Implement store dressing, retail counter design, manage changes and refreshes
? Prepare quarterly decoration plan with TSM, LFR& FMM
? Execute with RSR team
? Improve brand deployment and expansion in IT Mall
? Prepare quarterly POS expansion plan (IT mall A,B,C shops, LFR) with related TSR/TSS/TSM/LFR sales
? Execute with RSR team
? Manage IT Mall advertising. Includes finding, negotiating placement and duration
? Prepare quarterly territory outdoor or indoor advertising plan with related TSR/TSS/TSM/LFR
? Execute with RSR team
4. Training
? Train territory RSRs and POS about company, products and programs
? Train RSRs on how to train POS’s clerks
5. Reporting
? Territory summary report
? Weekly Collect and analyze territory POS report which is submitted by RSR team
? Collect and analyze competitive information, models, retail prices, promotions which is submitted by RSR team
? Analyze POS shortage information, channel issue and communicate with local TSR and resellers for solutions
? Maintain the territory POS list
? Collect & summary territory authorized POS list from TSR/TSS
? Collect & summary territory unauthorized POS list from RSR
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree from recognized national university
2. Have at least 3 or 5 years solid channel/retail POS trading marketing experiences in IT/CE industry
3. Good performance track record in target territory
4. Good relationship with Local IT Mall, LFR, Local media
5. Ability to inspire others to reach higher
6. Demonstrate high energy and the ability to energize others
7. Willing to take challenge and work under pressure
8. Good communication skills
9. Self-motivated, results orientated align with company business strategy
10. Good planning skills &MS office skill preferred
11. Chinese as native language, fluent in English both written and verbal
