职位目标综述Overall Purpose of Job

严格执行规定的生产过程体系及相关规定，并做好现场人员管理，以满足客户产量和质量要求。

主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

1．组织制订、修订所管辖职责范围内的相关规章制度和作业程序标准，经批准后监督执行

2．组织实施车间生产计划：

organize and implement the workshop production plan

3．生产过程管理： 主持车间例会；对生产作业过程进行监督、指导，同时进行生产质量控制；监督检查车间员工的工作及标准化操作，对违规操作提出警告并指正；

4．生产现场管理： 建立现场管理制度，并指导培训现场管理知识；推进5S现场管理制度，实现生产车间标准化管理；

按时考核车间员工的5S执行情况，实施奖惩，确保制度得到落实。

5．车间生产安全管理：负责落实企业各项生产安全制度，开展经常性安全检查；控制关键要害部位，杜绝安全隐患，防止安全事故的发生；定期组织安全生产教育培训，指导员工安全作业。

6．车间生产成本控制：统计分析车间每日的生产情况，寻求改善，提高生产效率；统计分析车间的成本消耗，制定可操作性成本控制措施。

关键任职资格Key Competencies:

1. 熟悉 TS16949质量管理体系

Understand the TS16949 quality management system

2. 熟悉FMEA、SPC、CP、PPAP、APQP等工具。

Be familiar with the FMEA, SPCCP、PPAP、APQP etc.

3. 系统分析能力及独立的问题解决能力

System analysis ability and independent problem-solving ability

4. 良好的英语听说、读写能力。

Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

5. 主动、稳定、可靠。良好的沟通技巧及人际关系能力

Active, stable and reliable. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

6. 有3---5 年实际生产管理经验者优先

3-5 years process experience in assembly is preferred
