职位目标综述 Overall Purpose of Job

监督管理维修部范围内的所有维修活动，达到或超过预定的维修考核指标。与生产各工序合作共同提高生产效率和生产任务。

All maintenance activities within the scope of supervision and management of the maintenance department, meet or exceed scheduled maintenance evaluation indices. Improve the production efficiency and collaboration with the production of each working procedure of the production tasks.

主要职责 Major Responsibilities

1. 严格遵守、认真贯彻落实公司的方针政策和各项规章制度。

2. 组织安排维修人员搞好设备修理和维护保养计划，确保设备完好率，努力降低设备、设施事故频率和修理成本。

Arrange maintenance personnel do a good job in equipment repair and maintenance plan, ensure the equipment intact rate, efforts to reduce the equipment, the facility accident frequency and repair costs

3.提升维修团队的工作效率、工作质量，担任维修部消防、安全生产、5S推行、资产管理、文件资料管理总责任人。

Improve maintenance team work efficiency and quality of work, as a maintenance department fire protection, safety in production, 5 s, asset management, documents management total responsibility

4.负责部属员工的工作安排、培训、考勤考核。

Responsible for the subordinate staff arrangement, training, examination of check on work attendance.

5.负责制订全厂设备、设施、动力管线的维修、保养计划并安排实施。

Responsible for the subordinate staff arrangement, training, examination of check on work attendance. To be responsible for the formulation factory equipment, facilities, power line maintenance, maintenance plan and arrange for implementation.

6.负责新购设备、新建设施的安装、调试（不含供方负责安装、调试部分）、验收。

Responsible for the installation, commissioning of new equipment, new facilities (excluding the supplier is responsible for the installation, commissioning) and acceptance
7.组织编制设备操作规程，做好对相关岗位工人的技术操作考核。

organize the formulation of the equipment operation procedures, completes the technical operation assessment of related workers
8.建立健全设备管理制度，负责设备技术资料的形成、积累、整理、立卷、归档工作。

Establish and improve the equipment management system, responsible for the formation of the equipment technical data, accumulation, sorting, archives and filing work.
9.加强对备件库的管理，做到合理储备，帐卡、物相符。

Strengthen the management of spare parts warehouse, accomplish reasonable reserve, debit card, content is consistent.

10.设备故障及潜在风险数据分析并完成行动措施

Equipment failure, and the potential risk for data analysis and complete the actions

11.培训并提升维修团队应急维护的技能

Training and upgrade the skills of maintenance team emergency maintenance

关键任职资格Key Competencies:

1.了解TS16949质量管理体系

Understand the TS16949 quality management system

2.熟悉 PLC 编程，Fanuc机器人，西门子系统

Be familiar with the plc, Fanuc, Siemens etc.

3.系统分析能力及独立的问题解决能力

System analysis ability and independent problem-solving ability

4.良好的英语听说、读写能力。

Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

5.有3—5年设备维修经验者优先

3-5years Equipment maintenance experience is preferred
