使命：

负责所辖车间或工序的技术和质量管理工作，执行质量控制体系，实现质量控制目标

职责：

1.负责根据车间的生产计划,合理调整质控人员班次;
2.负责根据公司和部门需要,制定生产员工的培训计划并实施.
3.负责参加所辖车间质控例会，以分享有关质量问题的分析和解决：
4.负责参加生产部门或研发中心的会议，与生产部门/研发部门相沟通，以分享质量信息，分析并解决质量问题；
5.负责向所在部门人员传达、推行各项技术标准、规定和通知，以确保所有人员正确理解；
6.负责领导各质检员和操作工执行质量标准和质量管理体系；
7.负责执行部门质量经理的质量活动计划，以达到预定质量目标；
8.负责审核各机台的工艺参数，以确保各产品规格的正确执行；
9.负责与研发中心合作，进行新产品和新工艺的试验试制工作；


1、本科学历，至少两年以上相关行业工作经验；
2、熟悉质量管理体系，熟悉ISO/TS16949等；
3、英语基础良好；
4、良好的沟通技能、团队合作。

The Pirelli Tyre's production capability is divided among 20 factories, of which located in Italy, Brazil, Great Britain, Germany, China, Turkey, Romania, Argentina, Egypt, Spain, the United States of America and Venezuela.
The commercial structure covers all the principal geographic markets and reaches over 160 countries with a network of around 10,000 distributors and retailers.
