职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. To work collaboratively with senior(s) and manager(s) in preparation of payroll information data, benefits and its administration of social insurance, housing fund, etc;
2. To process and Prepare monthly reports in connection with the clients’ payroll, benefits and administration of social insurance, housing fund data etc;
3. To ensure a smooth and effective operation of clients’ HR database, including salary movement such as new appointment, transfer, bonus, increment, promotion and other related works;
4. To assist senior(s) and manager(s) in development and management of an effective and responsive payroll function to the clients;
5. To ensure consistency in application of policies and practices on C&B.
6. To correspond with authorities/clients in connection with social wealth benefits contribution (Shanghai and other provinces)
7. Other ad hoc work assigned by manager(s)
Requirements:
1. Tertiary educated majoring in Accounting, Human Resource with at least 2 years experience in C&B, is an advantage;
2. Familiar with Individual Income Tax Law especially in the area of expatriates' IIT computation with working experience in Big 4 is an advantage;
3. Numerical sensitive and detail-minded;
4. Conversant with prevailing Labour Law and related legislation is an advantage;
5. Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
6. Proficiency in MS office applications.
