职位描述
Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Sales Manager for the world’s largest designer and maker of carpet tile. The company focuses on their product and service through constant emphasis on process quality and engineering, combining with careful attention to their customers’ needs.
Key responsibilities:
? Daily and regularly visit local designer firms, promote products and increase market awareness;
? Support dealers’ sales person in following local projects;
? Enforce training for sales persons;
? New product launch to designer firms and dealers;
? Bridge communication between the company and dealers;
? Cooperate with marketing dept. to implement the local market activities;
? Manage dealers’ activities in promoting brand and products in local market;
? Fulfill the reports and CRM updates on time;
? Collect competitor information in local market and make suggestions on measures to be taken;
? Maintain and service the GA and NA;
? Represent deal with local complaints and customer service;
? Increase the effectiveness of the sales person and meet the sales target;
? Develop and maintain a good cooperation model with dealer in local market to efficiently promote the brand.
Job based in Hangzhou
Job requirements:
? Bachelor degree, major in designing, sales, marketing, or English is preferred
? 2+ years working experiences, solid working experiences in sales & marketing field preferred
? Good understanding of technical literature (technical drawings, technical recommendations, technical standards, technical specifications, test report etc.)
? Good command of English, both in written and verbally
? Sound computer skills; good presentation skills
