Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and timely and accurate audit completion for the China companies(3 operating companies);
• Develop and coordinate with the group and administer financial and accounting policies and procedures for China's companies;
• Develop and review financial budget and forecasts for China's companies;
• Ensure tax compliance as identifying and implementing tax planning strategies for China's companies;
• Identify and implement opportunities to control or reduce costs or improve a business process, including supporting the implementation of the Group's future ERP system for China's companies;
• As a management member, lead by example in terms of promoting company policy and best practices, effective communication and workflow across all functional areas;
• Support projects across functions as required.

Requirements:

• Must have 5-10 years financial manager or controller position experience in small to mid-size western owned manufacturing companies;
• Experience in a Chinese company that is American or Swedish owned would be a plus;
• Ex-patriot and local candidates would be considered;
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills;
• Ability to work in a matrix environment;
• Candidate must be able to manage the finances of all three companies and to work with three separate General Managers while maintaining loyalty to US management;
• Strong decision making skills and ability to be seen as a peer to the General Managers is required;
• Travel to USA, Singapore and Taiwan may be required.
