职位描述
-From our IC Sector, MOL division, Siemens are looking for a Project EHS Officer
What do I need quality this position?
-At least 1 yrs experience in construction site safety management
-Be familiar with Chinese national and local EHS legislation
-Excellent communication and training skills
-Can work under high pressure and with flexibility
-Capable in communication in English, both oral and written
-Capability of communication in local dialect preferred
What are my responsibilities?
-Ensure implementation of EH&S Policy and applicable laws and standards.
-Conduct and chairing Siemens Safety Meetings with subcontractors
-Monthly review and document Site Safety statistics report
-Liaise as necessary with site staff on Health, Safety and Envireoment elated matters
-Liaise with Client on Health and Safety related matters
-Analyze report forms for accidents and near misses reportable under local legislation
-Audit procedures practices & implementation of remedial measures as appropriate
-Post visible safety and warning signs on particular working spots if required
-Conduct Daily Safety Inspections and keep derived records
-Ensure that all matters relating to fire safety and safe evacuation of the premises are maintained and conducted according to Clients Procedures.
-Ensure that care is taken with all environmental management issues to provide safe disposal of waste, monitoring of emissions, etc.
-Ensure that all work equipment and machinery are maintained by a competent person with documented records available for inspection.
-Ensure that training for all personnel is carried out by competent persons and records are maintained.
-Ensure that accident and incident reporting procedures are strictly followed and that reactive investigations are carried out.
-Designate responsibilities and duties for HSE issues to other operational personnel.
-To ensure HSE advisory services where appropriate to representatives of sub contractors on the project.
-Conduct project safety related training
-Preparing project safety report
-Conduct daily EHS inspection
-Follow up HSE open issues
-Organize Hazardous and environmental risk assessment
-Archive EHS documents
-HSE reporting

-Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. .
-Highly self-motivated and directed.
-Keen attention to detail.
-Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
