Job Purpose:

Monitor and track orders to ensure shipments are on planned schedule and delivered to job site without delay.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Track and follow-up with factories on orders status and inform the relevant parties on changes to the schedule
2. Request and update shipping information of all orders provided by forwarders/factories
3. Coordinate and monitor suppliers/forwarders/shipping lines/warehouse to ensure shipments are onboard, shipped and are received in order and on time.
4. Ensure all necessary shipping documents for custom clearance are received from factories and provided to the appointed forwarder 1 or 2 days for custom clearance
5. Send release orders to warehouse and transporter for delivery
6. Prepare monthly reports such as SOTD (Supplier On-Time Delivery) and weekly outstanding order report for order management and supplier’s performance management
7. Conduct warehouse audit and warehouse inspection when required
8. Verify all vendors’ billings for accuracy and reasonableness with project name, sales order number references for finance’s charge-out against respective project costing and administrative expenses
9. Prepare payment instructions for finance department to process vendor’s billings for those on cash-on-delivery terms

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

? Diploma in Logistics Management or related field
? Minimum 3 years’ experience working in supply chain management function
