JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for selling products or services by working with current customers in assigned region. 负责在指定区域内为现有的客户进行产品的销售及服务。
Fulfill the sales target and customer service. 完成销售目标和客户服务。
Supports marketing communication efforts, executes the marketing communication programs.支持市场营销事物，执行市场营销计划。
Identify new potential customers. 开发新客户。
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates with distributors to achieve the sales target through execution of sales plans and programs. 与经销商合作完成销售计划和方案以达成销售目标。
Calls on current and potential customers based on visit plan. 制定现有及潜在客户拜访计划并实施拜访。
Proactively collect and feedback market information and industry dynamic. 积极收集和反馈市场数据及行业动态。
Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc. 确保客户了解新的产品及服务，价格，变化等。
Keeps records and reports on all activities.保留所有活动的记录和报告。
Generates the reports, presentations, or other materials needed. 制作报表，简报或其他所需材料。
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.主管安排的其他任务。
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree or above. Major in Veterinary /Animal Medicine/ Biological or related. Master is a plus.
本科以上学历，研究生优先。兽医/动物医学/生物科技相关类专业。
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 year sales working experience in the field of Farm or Vaccine/ Veterinary medicine companies. Farm experience will be plus.至少一年以上农场或者疫苗/兽药类公司的相关销售经验。（拥有农场经验者优先)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Good communication skills and Strong team spirit. 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.能够承受压力并且如期实现。
Self-motivated, initiative, performance driven. 自我激励，积极主动，绩效驱动。
Hard working and being proactive.工作认真主动。
Familiar with computer software knowledge including Word, Excel, Power Point etc.熟悉计算机软件知识。
Fluent English will be plus. 流利的英文将会加分。
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Frequent travel is required.需要频繁的出差。
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Normal office conditions or home base.
