职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and maintain Business Director's calendar, schedule, conference, travel arrangement, logistics, etc. Initiate and revise entries for meetings, appointments, travel, etc., and assist in prioritizing activities.
- Translate, review and compile miscellaneous and complex reports, documents, charts and graphs. Compose and send correspondence requiring initiative and independent judgment and knowledge of Company operations and policies.
- Provide complex office administrative support
- Keep filing of all record in a structured way for further analysis
- Handle a variety of assignments involving confidential information, Comply with the policy of secrecy, no communicate information with outlying people.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Previous 1 year's experience in the Administrative work is preferred
- Good communication skills with both internal and external customers in a crispy, concise and precise manner.
- Excellent follow through and customer service skills
- Self motivated individual that can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English and Familiar with computer programs, specifically MS Office and Outlook
