Job Role & Responsibility
？ Support test center manager on performance test strategy and methodology setup.
？ Support CRM, DWH, SAP HR and other projects / releases on Load Test.
？ Performance test preparation including test scenarios design, script development, and test clients setup.
？ Load Test execution.
？ Test result analysis and test report summary.
？ Documentation and maintenance of the test scripts of projects/releases.
？ Quality Center customizes and support.
？

Requirements
？ 5+ years of total experience, 2+ years of experience in performance testing.
？ Thorough understanding of performance testing and automation testing, tuning & benchmarks concepts and methodologies
？ Experience in understanding and gathering performance test and automation test requirements, prepare suitable test scenarios
？ Experience in creating test volume data, data loading and data backup
？ Experience in using load test tools and automation test tools to do scripting, test execution (LoadRunner, etc)
？ Experience in performance/Automation metrics collection tools at Unix/Windows OS, database and application
？ Experience in analyzing the test results and troubleshooting the cause of performance issues
？ Experience in installation and administration of OS, DB (Oracle or SQL) and applications
？ Experience in test tools (LoadRunner, Quality Center, Quick Test Professional)
？ Knowledge in automotive industry and wholesale / retail processes will be an advantage
？ Fluent in English and Chinese both oral and written are mandatory
？ Good communication skills, team spirit, fast learning skills and willingness
？ Be able to work under high pressure
