QA Test Engineer – Red Bend Software

Red Bend Software is seeking a highly motivated QA Test Engineer to join the QA team at Beijing development center, as part of the global QA department.

Job Description: Involvement in QA activities throughout the product life cycle.
Major activities: test design, test environment installation, test execution, problems analysis and progress reporting.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering
Testing Certification - Advantage

Proven experience:
At least 3 years as a Test Engineer
Deep experience in Client-Server systems
Deep experience in Mobile devices testing

Test environment installation
OS: Android and Linux (QNX and Windows RT - Advantage)
Scripting
Networking
Working with testing and defects tracking systems
Test automation (Robotium, Selenium, others) - Advantage

Self learning abilities

Deep knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Testing Life Cycle (planning, design, installation, test execution, reporting)

Tight work with development, testing and projects’ managers

Excellent communication skills and high level English - speaking, reading and writing capability
