Responsibilities

? Aggressively researching, cold calling and developing key OEM / EMS accounts in Asia
? Maintain and solidify relationships with current domestic and international customers
? Initiate and implement supply chain programs to customers.
? Negotiate pricings, set margins, stock forecasting.
? Manage customer’s inventory, create proposals & contracts.
? Manage a small sales team with constant growth targets.



Requirements

? University or college degree holder
? 5+ years sales experience in the electronics industry with a proven successful track record
? Strong customer base of local (Chinese) OEM customer is a plus
? Good command of written and spoke English
? Excellent leadership and supervisory skills in influencing and empowering colleagues to achieve team results
? Persistent, result-driven and self-motivated with strong negotiating and problem solving skills
? Creative thinker, team player and able to work under pressure

? 注重结果，自我主动并拥有较强的谈判和解决问题的技能
? 发散思维者， 有团队精神并能承受一定压力
