The Procurement Specialist is responsible for establishing relationships with vendors, and purchasing and negotiating contracts for IC/Memory needed for aftermarket service and repair.

Accountabilities：
- Identification of potential suppliers (ODM, OEM, and brokers)
- Relationship building with existing suppliers
- Part analysis and research, price negotiation, and logistics
- Requirement sourcing, purchase order placement and entry, order expediting, and discrepancy resolution

Requirements：
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years related experience, previous purchasing/sales experience at franchised distributor is an advantage
- General knowledge of purchasing techniques, procedures and policies
- Proficient at inventory management
- Familiar with IC/Memory products
- Good command of written and oral English
- Proactive, detail-minded, independent and a good team player

? 维护/深入建立现有供应商关系
? 产品的分析和研究，价格商谈，协助物流部门
? 根据需求寻找货源和报价，订单处理 以及协助QC处理收到有质量问题物料
任职要求：
? 本科学历
? 1-3年相关工作经验，有代理分销商的采购或销售经验者优先
? 掌握采购技能了解采购流程及制度
? 熟练的库存管理技能
? 熟悉IC/Memory产品
? 良好的英语听说读写能力
? 积极主动，计划周详，能够独立处事，具团队合作精神
