TITLE: Sales Engineer
REPORTING TO: Sales Manager
LOCATION: China, Beijing


I. Purpose of Position

Be responsible for developing and implementing sales activities in OEM Channel to drive the demand of VR products, and achieve the sales goals.

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Gather and analysis market intelligence, providing market insight to facilitate the proper business strategy’s establishment.
2. Work with Sales Manager to develop and evaluate new distribution and channel network in OEM Channel. Implementing sales activities to achieve sales targets.
3. Provide distributors with products and selling skills training
4. Oversee and provide direction to distributor’s daily activities.
5. Providing customers with a reasonable selection of products and systems solutions.
6. Development and maintaining the relationship with key accounts.

III. Relationships

1. This position is individual contributor, will actively interface with following positions
- Report to OEM Manager
- Cooperate with Servers team
- Cooperate with Quality and manufacturing team
- Build good relationship with Distributor
- Communicate with Customers

V. Background and Skill

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing or related technical field.
2. Minimum 5 years related experience
3. Customer focused and good customer service awareness and work attitude.
4. A sense of responsibility and professionalism.
5. Good presentation and communication skills, negotiation skills.
6. Has a market analysis and development capabilities
7. Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results
8. Good English skills on reading and writing, prefer to speaking.
9. Microsoft Office
