Essential Responsibilities
- Daily monitor, supervise and inspect casting process to ensure to follow approved MPP, WI
- Daily track mass production project status
- Monitor qualification progress
- Summarize Weekly Project Status and attend weekly project review meeting
- Review quality documentation
- Timely feedback any problem/issue on quality and delivery and find solution to solve it
- Review shipping documentation and check finished goods and package and prior to shipment
- Drive supplier quality; improve its quality performance via Quality Plan/ RCA implementation
- Drive improvements utilize Supplier Scorecards and own Supplier audit, ensure supplier compliance, and driving improvement plans
- Understand and drive Six Sigma quality internally and with suppliers.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 8 years of experience in a Quality, Sourcing or Project Management role
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily.
