职位描述








Responsibilities


· Conduct tenant sales and operation performance review

· Analyze tenant performance and report to Centre Management

· Well understand our tenants – their business, strategies, customers, and trends that impact their need for space

· Coordinate retailer visual merchandising in the Centre

· Coordinate with tenants and support effective implementation of set guidelines, systems, and procedures pertaining to lease terms, Centre Regulation and Tenant Operation Handbook

· Assist in tenant meetings scheduling and organize meeting as requested

· Assist in revenue generation with tenant / sponsorship involvement

· Assist in accounts receivable monitoring and collection efforts

· Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs and relocations

Knowledge


Mandatory for the position


· We prefer Junior level with 1-2 years experience, Specialist level with 3 years and Senior level 5+ years working experience in Retail Sales and Marketing Management, Project Coordination, Property Management

· Experience in commercial leases. Budgeting and financial reporting

· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, oral and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin.


Education


· University education or 3-5 years retail industry related experience is preferred


Capabilities/Skills


· Good understanding of the retail and its relation to negotiated deal points.

· Good negotiation skills with a flair for the creative; able to engage with entrepreneurs, small business operators and national retailers

· Ability to deal with multiple projects and tasks effectively and establish priorities

· Pay attention to detail and ability to follow through

· Self-motivated, proactive individual with a positive attitude

· Good knowledge in MS Word, Power Point Presentation, Excel and MS Project


Specific Organizational Requirements


· Business travels 25-30 days / year nationally and max.5 days internationally

· Flexible working hours including weekends.
