Responsibilities:
? Driving complex projects where little or no precedent may exist, requiring engagement with and accountability to business & functional group leaders. Ensuring that a project delivers on time with high quality, within budget and in accordance with stated business and technical objectives.
? Creating, optimizing and driving structured objectives, schedules, project plans and operating mechanisms across projects and cross-functional teams
? Holding team members accountable for their commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables and proactively driving to ensure that these are met
? Continually looking for opportunities to improve current processes and approaches and driving implementation of these changes.
? Anticipating, proactively identifying, documenting and managing key program risks and resource constraints, proposing appropriate mitigation and contingency plans across multiple programs.
? Assigning priorities to multiple competing and important program team activities quickly and effectively and communicating them appropriately.
? Documenting and communicating objectives, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior management.
? Conducting regular and “as needed” program and cross-functional team meetings as a component of the program operating mechanisms to update status, and identifying and resolving issues

Qualifications:
Education, Training, and Certificate
?Bachelor’s Degree; Computer Science, Engineering or technical degree preferred
?PMP or PRINCE2 certified nice to have
?ITIL certified nice to have
?CISA certified nice to have

Work Experience
?5 - 10 years IT experience
?5+ years of project management experience

Skills and Knowledge
? Demonstrated project management experience—effectively managed across multiple business/functional units and/or multiple programs
? Able to manage multiple projects at various points of project management lifecycle.
? Ability to intuitively gauge a project’s scope and the team’s ability to execute well
? Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical few key points
? Solutions orientated, with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions
? Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and infrastructure concepts, including a proven ability to apply pragmatism
? Excellent leadership skills. Presence, demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels.
? Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs
? Ability to work hands on in a fast paced environment
? Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations
? Strong experience with MS Project
? Strong written English skills, strong oral English a plus.
