Main Job Description:

* Design and develop solutions according to project targets and requirements for various systems, potentially including: home appliance, car industry production lines and demanding mechanical design problems as well as order engineering.

* Complete mechanical design work of projects independently

* Able to act as a project manager in project, have experience of project management

* Active take part in modify/design products to suit the Chinese mechanical standard and supplier’s ability and also to save manufacturing cost.

* Have close communication with purchasing staff, supplier and assembly groups to insure optimal design manufacturing ability.

* Communicate and cooperate with customers or other units in Europe

* Clarify scope and define basic information needed to start design work (technical specification, system layout, customer standards etc.)

* Is responsible of own engineering and design schedules and quality

* Troubleshoot design related problems

Key Requirement:

Experience Requirements

* The successful candidate should have 5-10 experiences in mechanical design

* Having wide-ranging experience and concrete knowledge of mechanical design, professional in at least one mechanical area

Education requirements

*Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Language Requirement:

*Communication skill in English & Chinese (Mandarin)

* Sense of urgency

* High level of drive and an open-minded personality

* Customer oriented attitude

* Enthusiasm and commitment towards continuous improvement, as well as team spirit.

Preferred knowledge and skills:

* Proficient in 2D Auto CAD, 3D tools like solid work/pro-e/catia/UG/inventor.

* Be familiar with modern office programs and different CAD tools.

* Highly interest in working for variety of mechanical engineering work and product

* Understanding and interest in customer applications

* Analytical problem solving skills

* Ability to question the way we do things in order to find a better way.
