工作内容：


? Assist Automation E&I Manager in building up E&I maintenance team and in line with site vision.
? During project commissioning phase, support project team in construction and commissioning job, for example, construction quality inspection, equipment final inspection in vendor's workshop, equipment pre-commissioning and commissioning.
? During plant normal operation phase, lead the E&I team in E&I equipment periodical inspection and calibration，E&I equipment troubleshooting and repair.
? Complete PM job as PPM plan arrangement.
? Train and coach subordinates, including training plan development for E&I technicians, skill training, evaluating the training effectiveness and maintaining training record.
? Manage maintenance team E&I group, manage OT record, conduct performance review for subordinates.
? Manage maintenance workshop; ensure all the facilities & tools in workshop are keeping in good condition and ready to be used, and workshop house keeping.
? Manage maintenance contractors via maintenance contractor qualification, selection, and evaluation.
? Assist Automation E&I Manager in developing maintenance management procedure and Standard Maintenance Procedure.
? Work to achieve targets as set in the annual site profile objective while meeting 10,000% compliance and through a MBM cultured organization.




要求：


? A relevant qualification from technical college and above.
? Possess an electrician qualification from the National Labor Bureau would be an advantage..
? At least 6 years working experience in maintenance / reliability in a chemical plant or oil refinery plant, of which at least 2 years were supervising roles in maintenance / reliability.
Familiar with the instrument equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, such as DCS, SIS, control valve, analyzer and field instrumentation; familiar with electrical equipment inspection procedure and calibration procedure, such as transformer, breaker, switchgear, UPS and VFD.
? Fluent English speaking and writing.
? Ability to work well in a team as active participant.
? Is patient and can handle pressure situations.
