主要职责：



？ Play a key role in supporting both the maintenance construction and Project construction at the Changshu site.
？ Help manage the various contractors employed at the Changshu site through the main project phase whilst also taking the opportunity to develop own group in readiness to provide construction support and contractor management post commissioning through into ongoing operations.
？ To direct and control the roles and responsibilities of the Changshu Site Managing contractor to provide proficient site wide construction services and operations for all Capital and Civil/Arch maintenance works via the leadership and direction of the people within the production units.
？ Ensure site engineering-based activities are in line with company standards and meet HSE legislative requirements.
？ Work with other site departments and Site Management to ensure the current and future Site engineering expertise needs are understood and seek support to achieve them.
？ Developing construction procedures/workflows in Chanshu site to be align with company standards.
？ Keep close communication with GEC to get expertise support whenever needed and fully follow the company construction standards.
？ Developing sub-contractors continuously.




要求：


？ Civil/Process engineering or generalist background with minimum BS degree
？ 8 years experiences in construction supervising role and be familiar with GB standards.
？ Strong construction supervising background in international chemical plant; or in engineering firm.
？ Management capability and strong leadership.
？ Good communication abilities, verbally and in written form.
？ Good command in English and Mandarin.
？ Good ability to organize and document .
？ Customer oriented
？ Teamwork attitude
