职位描述
Responsibility
1.Receive booking from customers or booking notification from overseas office
2.Liaison with BD and overseas counterparts to get rate file
3.Liaison with customer for shipment arrangement
4.Make system entry, book space and arrange cargo tendering.
5. Track shipment all the way and follow up irregularity if have. Update the system till final delivery of the shipment and ensure the operation in compliance with UPS regulation.
6. Make reports in terms of customer's request as well as the management's request. Archive each shipment's related paper and document in terms of the company's regulation.
7. Financial perspective working under instruction of management to meet business plan target of revenue, tonnage, average yield. Work with F/A for billing customers as well as ensure on time payment.
8. Coordinate with gateway for cargo cut off time implementation and cargo load priority arrangement. Ensure maximum flight utilization and on time performance. Coordinate with other function for volume prediction.
Requirement:
1.College or university graduate
2.Good communication skills and strong responsibility
3.Good command in both verbal & written English
4.Ability to demonstrate initiative and determination in a professional manner
5.Direct industry is preferred
6.Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill
