Responsible for:10 staff

Job Purpose:
Direct and manage distribution activities for the center and control the overall operations in accordance with the Company's business strategies and development in order to achieve its maximum growth and profit objectives through providing distribution services to global customers.
Minimum Education &Experience:
University graduate in business/Marketing, minimum 5 years experience in distribution management or supply chain management.

Key Accountabilities:
1.To oversee, establish and direct overall operational procedures for distribution activities.
2.To ensure that team assignments and operational procedures effectively meets customers' needs.
3.Supervisory/management responsibilities for all distribution/warehouse personnel, and provide training to subordinates for quality enhancement of distribution services.
4.To streamline and enhances the current computerized inventory control system and its maintenance.
5.Standardize Distribution Services and ISO policies and procedures relating to warehouse control and distribution services.
6.To negotiate and conclude service contracts with service providers.
7.To review records/reports for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures.
8.To handle visitors, carriers and co-loaders regarding business activities in the department.
9.To conduct sales presentations to customers.
10.To prepare department budget and accounting, monthly statistics report and performance evaluation.
11.To take up additional tasks as required to meet the company's need.
Working Conditions:
No more than normal physical effort or positional stress required. Intermittent walking, sitting or standing with normal expenditure of energy.
Good working conditions, almost complete absence of disagreeable elements. Minimum exposure to adverse or hazardous working conditions.
