Sandvik in Beijing is seeking for a

Management Information Specialist (1.5-year Contract)

The position would directly report to Financial Accounting Manager, Controlling and MI, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas:

· Responsible for financial and management accounting and reporting,

· Prepare financial data for management and board meeting;

· Assist in monitoring SAP controlling module

· Responsible for key figures reports for all Sandvik China PAs and legal entities, balance sheet summary on consolidated basis, assist in preparing financial data and other information for board meeting or other management meetings

· Assist in operating of SAP controlling module, responsible for various cost and overhead allocation as required

· Responsible for Inventory Accounting:

Reconcile on stock, goods in transit and not yet invoicing of responsible entities (8920, 8951, 8957) on monthly basis as required, identify problems and conduct necessary investigation to ensure the data congruence.

Prepare stock provision, stock revaluation and GP analysis reports for responsible entities (8920, 8951, 8957) as required, perform necessary analysis, identify and alert business on problem areas.

· Responsible to prepare financial reporting package (BPC) for company 8950, prepare Sales report (R100) and GBR reports for 8920, 8951& 8957.

· Assist in monitoring forecast and budget process, including collection and key in of forecast and budget figures for 8920,8951&8957

· Responsible for Sandvik China Holding SLA calculation, prepare periodic reports for cost driver, service charge, KPIs etc, provide related analysis reports or information for internal or external purposes

· Responsible for updating Sandvik China Holding Finance intranet

· Assist manager for other tasks as needed

Your profile:

· University degree with accounting or finance major or equivalent

· In-depth understanding of financial accounting and managerial accounting

· Ability to apply basic statistical methodology and tools to conduct financial analysis

· Good command of Excel and Financial System including SAP

· Good command of English
