Sandvik in Beijing is seeking for an Enterprise Learning Management Administrator.

The position would directly report to HR Shared Service Manager, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas:
· Maintain personnel training data within the PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management System (ELM).
· As part of the HRS team, act as the first point of contact for training related enquiries, and provide additional support to all Sandvik Management and Staff in PeopleSoft HR system, phone and email.
· Assist in on-boarding, probation review, short-term/permanent transfer, and termination process
· Make sure personal files complete and in order.
· Assist local colleagues or expatriates with their residence card/working permit application.
· Annual leave and attendance record management
· Assist on other HR functions when required, especially for project base.
· Others as assigned

Your profile:
· Bachelor degree, 1-2 years relevant working experience in MNC preferred.
· Proficient English skills as working language.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· A self-disciplined professional with team work spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
· Eager to learn and improve continuously.
· Basic HR and HR system knowledge
