职位描述
工作职责:
1. 根据公司和产品发展策略，制定无线产品开发目标及规划；
2. 把控产品开发项目周期和进度把控，并与产品相关部门有效沟通，推进项目；
3. 编写产品需求书及产品原型，协助开发团队理解和掌握需求；
4. 对用户需求、市场需求和业务需求进行调研分析，不断优化产品，提升产品质量，提高用户活跃度；
5. 协调产品上线前的产品文档整理、商务推广、市场宣传等配合工作。
能力要求：
1、对移动互联网具有浓厚的兴趣和热情；
2、关注国内外移动互联网的新应用新趋势，并有自己的见解；
3、能发现和引领用户需求；
4、对数据敏感，能从数据中发现问题、解决问题；
5、具备团队合作精神，沟通能力强；
6、3年以上无线移动端产品工作经验；
