职责描述：
1.按照设计要求负责实现WEB前端技术架构和开发工作，能根据需求实现页面交互效果，并能有效和后台开发团队交互合作；良好的沟通能力；
2.负责应用HLML/css/Ajax/Javascript和相关技术来实现视觉效果和交互体验；

任职资格：
1.三年以上Web前端开发经验，本科及以上学历。
2.可使用HTML5/CSS3进行页面开发，熟练运用JavaScript，能够运用JQuery等框架实现比较复杂的交互和页面效果；熟练调试代码；
3.熟悉并能解决主流浏览器的兼容性问题。如：IE6到IE10，Chrome，Safari，Firefox等;
4.思维敏捷，能够独立工作并能及时发现问题并解决问题；
5.关注并学习前端页面制作最新技术和发展方向；
6.责任心强、良好的沟通与表达能力、团队合作精神、较强的上进心、踏实肯干，能承受工作压力；
7.富有敬业精神和进取心，对改善用户体验有浓厚的兴趣，对互联网行业有充分的理解和热爱。

优先条件：
1.具有交互性网站构建经验者优先
2.有移动产品开发经验者优先
3.精通Photoshop、Dreamweaver，Fireworks对界面进行设计优化者优先
4.英语熟练（大学英语四级以上），有独立读写英文文档的能力者优先
5.熟悉并掌握Agile开发模式者优先
