职位描述：负责模式识别算法的研究和开发，按照研究与项目计划，独立研究，协同工作，在保证质量的前提下，按时完成研究开发任务

职位要求：
1、本科以上学历，3～4年工作经验，计算机、信号处理、应用数学相关专业；
2、精通C/C++或者C#/java, 具有良好的数学背景，熟悉Matlab；
3、熟练掌握基本信号处理及模式识别领域算法，熟悉特征提取，特征训练算法；
4、对前沿技术感兴趣，富有挑战精神，学习能力强，具备良好的团队协作能力；
5、良好的文档撰写能力，良好的英文文献阅读能力；
6、两年以上相关工作经验

优先条件
1、声音信号领域优秀论文或研究成果者优先考虑
2、有图像，视频等模式识别，故障、泄露检测，声音/超声信号探伤工作经验者优先考虑
