岗位职责：

1. 负责大型Java J2EE系统或者大型分布式web应用系统的设计，规划和技术架构

2. 负责系统架构优化，以及性能调优

3. 协助业务方梳理业务需求，提供业务规划方案、架构设计方案， 并能根据方案展开研发工作

4. 审核开发人员的代码质量，书写技术文档和制定开发规范，指导和培训普通开发工程师。

5. 维护和升级现有软件产品和系统的技术发展规划，满足新业务实现要求。

6. 有基于IBM WAS/MQ/DB2系统设计经验者优先

任职资格的具体描述：

1. 本科以上学历，五年以上Java领域的设计与开发经验，精通Java平台上的开发技术与常用框架，精通LINUX，

2. 扎实的Java和数据库基础，精通J2EE、SOA、OSGI、EJB等相关技术；精通面向对象分析和设计技术，包括设计模式、UML建模等。

3. 在大型分布式、高并发、高性能、高可用系统设计，开发和调优方面有实际经验

4. 责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力

5. 具备良好的识别和设计通用框架及模块的能力，有跨平台的API规范设计以及API高效调用设计能力者优先考虑。

6. 专注于技术、对业界的最新技术发展动态有比较密切的关注。

7. 较强的表达和沟通能力，高度敬业精神，团队意识强，能够成为团队技术中坚力量。
