Routine work of Prototype Coordinator is:

1. Review Customer PO forecast and get matched with official PO on daily basis.

2. Check build conditions for every PO including verify PO price, check drawing, SAP data and supplier readiness.

3. Coordinate when any of building requirements is not ready, inform customer promptly when any delay occurred.

4. Track PO delivery and record actual data and report daily to whole plant.

5. Maintain PO summary sheet.

6. New program material planner job

Requirement for Prototype Coordinator would be:

1. Careful, dedicated and of good patience.

2. Good communicate skill.

3. Basic command of English.

4. Engineer background is preferred.

5. Have program planner background

7. Have knowledge can take charge for import and Export job
