Main purpose of the job:
Is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the management system in the plant in compliance with the FES, FCP, ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 and the division strategy. Is the master for the QSE standards.
Main missions and results:
1.Implements and maintains a harmonised management system in accordance with the ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standards and the division strategy to boost productivity in all our processes (for the last 2 standards he will be supported by the HSE Coordinator of the plant)
2.Ensures that all relevant procedures and standards at Group, Product Group and Division level are correctly applied in the plant
3.Focuses on standardized work in all activities of the plant and thus making the management system a driver in continuous improvement
4.Represents the master with regard to QSE standards and provides training and implementation support to the UAPs
5.Organizes workshops to improve operational quality targets (KPIs)
6.Ensures the performance of internal system audits, product, process and QSE audits according to formal audit plans and the follow up of efficiency of subsequent corrective actions
7.Responsible to organize the fine-planning of certification audits respecting the audit planning of the division
8.Responsible for keeping the Document Library up to date
9.In case of major deviation escalate to Plant Quality Manager and QMS Manager for decision
