职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 负责拓展并管理公司的融资渠道，创新融资模式，维护客户关系，对公司市场开发、重点项目以及跟踪项目提供参考性建议。
2、 负责根据项目需要及工作安排，与融资机构商谈，确立最佳融资方案及融资条件，最终达成融资协议。
3、 参与融资项目前期调研、可行性研究报告及框架协议相关内容，结合融资计划参与拟订项目实施计划和行动方案，编制相关的融资预算方案和融资解决方案。
4、 实施全流程项目管理。
5、 通过研究国家、地方相关政策、法规，对融资项目进行风险分析、提示及把控工作。
6、 完成领导交办的其他工作，并积极协助同事完成相关工作。
任职资格：
1. 会计、金融、经济学专业大学本科或以上学历。
2. 专业机构3年或以上工作经历，熟悉多个行业的财务分析方法及核算要求。
3. 掌握商法及水务环保行业政策法规常识，信息及数据汇总，市场营销，谈判技巧；
3. 接受过财务方面的专业培训，具有一定的统筹、分析、归纳能力。
4. 有一定融资渠道并拥有BOT融资经验。
4. 出色的文字表达能力。
5. 熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备。
6. 工作细致认真，谨慎细心，开朗热情，积极主动。
7. 吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强，责任心强，具有团队精神。

(hereinafter ZTRB) is dedicated in investing directly in comprehensive environmental protection business, such as sewage treatment、facilities of water reclamation、sludge treatment、refuse and solid waste treatment etc. Now ZTRB has been acknowledged as industry leading comprehensive water-affairs investment service provider with the core business of water supply、 sewage treatment、water reclamation、sludge treatment。Since ZTRB was found, we are successfully in managed operating、investing and constructing many water recycling plants、sewage treatment plants、water purification factories and sludge treatment center; Meanwhile, we had signed particular investment agreements of water-affairs and relevant supporting projects with local governments spreaded in ShanXi、ShanXi、Inner Mongolia and Jiangsu province, the gross investment is over 3 billion RMB.
