工作职责
- 带领一个优秀的开发团队一起创造完美的游戏；
- 合理地评估、分配开发资源以达成产品及市场的目标；
- 在团队中充当导师的角色，能够发现每位团队成员的潜力，并鼓励他们充分发挥自己的潜能；
- 与策划，美术，开发及产品团队紧密合作 ，为项目提供最佳的解决方案以满足项目需求；
- 搭建完善的客户端/服务器系统，编写高品质的代码，解决严重的系统漏洞；
- 在流程、系统以及技术上不断地探索和创新，为玩家提供超完美的游戏体验；
- 在注重系统安全性、可靠性、灵活性、可维护性以及保证最佳性能的前提下实现整个游戏系统；
- 时刻关注手机游戏产业的技术发展趋势。
职位需求
- 精通于自己所使用的编程语言，如果拥有Unity 3D, C# 和/或 Python经验，我们将会优先考虑；
- 如果你曾在一个成功发布了的游戏中担任过主程的角色，我们将会优先考虑；
- 熟悉整个游戏行业以及开发技术形势；
- 在手机游戏开发方面有着丰富的知识及经验；
- 具备全面的编程技能，并对娱乐方式以及产品开发流程有着良好的理解；
- 有高效的技术工作和管理方面的经验；
- 具备良好的组织 、领导能力及沟通技巧；
- 能够熟练使用中英文沟通。

Lead Gameplay Engineer
About the job
- Lead a highly capable and high performing team of gameplay engineers to produce innovative games.
- Allocate engineering resources to match business and production goals.
- Act as a mentor, identify and encourage the development potential with each individual.
- Cooperate with design, art, engineer and production teams for optimal solutions to production requirements.
- Hands-on architect and coder for core client/server systems and tough bugs.
- Innovate and iterate on process, systems and technology to deliver fantastic game experience for players.
- Implement game systems with attention to security, reliability, scalability, maintainability and performance.
- Keep an eye on technology trends and advancements of mobile game industry.
About you
- Proficient in the language of your choice. Unity3D, C# and/or Python experience is a bonus.
- Be in a leading position in any released games is a bonus.
- Excellent knowledge of the game industry and development landscape.
- Excellent knowledge of mobile game technology.
- Strong all-around programming skills, good understanding of interactive entertainment methodologies and production pipeline.
- Must have experience working effectively at the technical and management level.
- Good organizational, leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
