游戏机制工程师

工作职责：

- 开发核心游戏机制，将游戏设计转化成现实；
- 编写架构合理，严谨和可维护的代码；
- 在跨职能的工作环境中工作，并开发出引人入胜的游戏；
- 可以合理地制订工作计划并按计划工作；
- 与游戏设计师们一起工作，并把他们的游戏想法转化成非常有趣的游戏原型；
- 能够在游戏产品和开发的各个方面提供自己的创新和原创的想法及意见。


任职需求：

- 2年以上游戏开发经验；
- 精通你所使用的编程语言，如果有使用 C# 和/或 Unity 3D 方面的经验可以优先考虑；
- 了解3D编程的知识及技巧；
- 在游戏设计及游戏系统的实现方面有一定的经验；
- 参与过已成功发布游戏的设计开发；
- 能够参与游戏机制的设计及设计的实现；
- 是一位真正的游戏玩家，并能够分析各个游戏找出它们的优点及不足；拥有广泛的主题及机制方面的知识；
- 很好的交流沟通能力，能够熟练使用英文和中文。
