-For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BJ,we are looking for a Senior APE Engineer/高级项目采购工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Push design to cost / target cost process to attain the target costs by fulfilling the project requirements.

2.Purchasing support to deliver relevant matters by optimum inputs for quotes, negotiations, evaluations, and implementation of potential savings in the project.

3.Attend on steering commites / meetings and systematically collect / distribute essential information to the project team as well as to others involved persons.

4.Preparation of sourcing decisions to guarantee sourcing decisions that correspond to the sourcing strategy.

5.Second Sourcing to secure permanent supplies with competitive terms.

6.Provide key performance indexes for project controlling as compling essential information to furnish a qualified report to the project leader and to the purchasing manager.

7.Carry into projects the purchasing methods (ANC, pooling, biddings) in co-operation with buyers/ CCM to reach the worldwide purchasing objectives and contemporaneously to assure the cost targed of the project.

8.Define and ensure the implementation of the purchasing strategies into projects based on the global and divisional purchasing strategies. Show different approaches how to solve tasks and integrate various goals to fullfil the project objectives in co-oper

9.Ensure correct buying and minimise discrepancy to the procurement processes to optimize the input of saving potentials (target cost, cost avoidance) and ensure time table and the quality requirements.

10.Rate possible threats and opportunities of the project based on the actual market circumstances. Risk management and an appropriate tool will avoid damages and losses

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.At 8 years work experience, 2-3 years experience abroad or international company is prefered, and the capability to negotiate and to operate in different cultures.

3..Able to analyze BoM Cost structure

4.Able to conduct Market Analysis

5.Good communication skill

6.Professional negotiation skill

7.Engineering backgroud is plus

8.Good analysis & decision making skill

9.Team Player

10.Extensive knowledge in contract Law & international trade

11.Good sense of coporate&social responsiblity(EHS)
