-For our Industry Sector in Beijing,we are looking for a Sales Associate 销售助理.

What are my responsibilities?

-They will provide customer service, build relationships, generate quotes, ensure data integrity of purchase orders as well as provide sales forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

-Proactively follow up with partners/customers before contract expiry to ensure timely renewals.

-Generating or working closely with partners on sales quotations Perform contract review of purchase orders to ensure correct pricing, discounts, terms &conditions, export compliance, etc. in preparation for order entry.

-Tracking, calculating and updating sales reports.

-Monitoring of sales order backlog and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues proactively undertaking qualitative data accuracy checks.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

2. Minimum 2 years of sales experience with sales administration experience preferable

3. Excellent communication and organization skills

4. Detail oriented with strong follow-through skills

5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize work with minimal supervision

6. Ability to work as a team player

What else do I need to know?

-Good knowledge of both software & hardware
