Mission of Function:
-Contribute to SFS' business development through design and implementation of new processes and upgrading existing processes via professional project management to achieve best practice standards and efficiency benefits for Siemens China
Dimensions:
-Function supports SFSL's financial risk management, cash management, payments and funding activities for the Siemens China Group which has a turn over of approx RMB 60 billion
Contacts:
-Reports to Head SFS TRE GM FM CN;
-Internal contacts: All SFSL teams, Cluster Treasury, SFS TRE and other SFS departments abroad; SLC CIPO, SLC GSS, SLC A&C, other SLC departments and OCs
external contacts: relationship banks, regulatory institutions and their service providers
What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
1. Identify, structure and implement projects regarding new services, financial products, transaction processes and required IT tools as warranted by regulatory developments or internal re-organisation and continuous process improvement requirements
2. Support all SFSL departments regarding their process innovation and improvements
3. Other tasks which may be assigned by Head SFS TRE FM CNfor SFSL in line with regulatory developments
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
Competencies:
-Professional: Financial Market know how FM, MM; Financial instrument know how for FX, MM; Excellent English; Process know how; Project management experience; Accounting knowledge
-Methodologies: Time Management; Risk management systems; Negotiation skills; Communication and presentation skills;
-Technologies: Electronic Trading Platforms (CFETS, Bloomberg); MS Office (in particular excel)
Essentials:
-Minimum 2 years relevant experience, ideally in Siemens;
-Experience in projects including leading projects would be of advantage;
-Applicants should be interested in an expert carreer. Leadership capabilties are an advantage, but presently not a must;
-International experience and having worked in several countries would be an advantage.
