What are my responsibilities?
-SGCC Business Development Manager for E T products.
Goals/Mission:
-The BD Manager is responsible for ET products development in SGCC for ET utility sales team.
Working Partners/Contacts:
-Internal: Segment Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Regional Sales,Marketing and OC related factions etc.
-External: SGCC HQ, Material Dept, Bidding company, SGCC experts.
Tasks:
-Develop and implement win strategy on SGCC of E T to increase Siemens market share.
-Set up and maintain customer relationship with SGCC HQ related dept and key experts.
-Take the lead for central bidding by key account including project identification, pricing
recommendation and technical proposal.
-Maintain CRM matrix regularly as well investment plan.
-Understand, communicate and influence tendering process and regulation effectively.
-Co-ordinate OC marketing activities with key account- Analyze win/loss projects.
-Co-operate with OCs regarding on qualification, troubleshooting and order management.
-Communicate & co-operate with regional sales to maintain relationship with experts.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Education:
-Bachelor degree or above, majored in Power System and automation specialty or marketing related.
Experience:
-Min. 3 years of sales experience, e.g. technical/engineering/sales in PTD related industries.
-Transformer, High voltage switchgear or other High voltage industry is preferred.
-Collaboration with international teams will be plus.
-Product and transmission application
-Key account management
-Leadership in matrix organization

What else do I need to know?
-The portfolio of the Power Transmission Division covers high-voltage transmission solutions, high-voltage switching products and systems, and innovative direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) transmission systems. Turnkey substations and power transformers round out the Division’s offerings. With a well-established local manufacturing base, the Division is always committed to introducing trendsetting technologies into the Chinese market.
-On September 2013, the first ±800kV HVDC converter transformer made by Siemens in China successfully passed all the tests conducted by Siemens Transformer Guangzhou Co., Ltd. (STGZ). The successful passing of these tests confirms STGZ’s competences in research and development as well as manufacturing. The first ±800kV HVDC converter transformer is one of the two units that STGZ will supply for ±800kV Hami-Zhengzhou UHVDC transmission line.
-In 2012, Siemens supplied 66kV tailor-made highly integrated and intelligently-advanced mobile vehicle mounted substation to Dalian Power Supply Company, the first of such kind in China. In 2013, Siemens supplied Sichuan Deyang Power Supply Company with 110 kV pre-installed Mobile Substation, which is the first application in state grid project. Compared to previous products, the 110 kV Mobile Substation has larger capacity, and is more flexible to be used. It can be disassembled into three modules, which make the transportation more convenient. At the same time, the advanced mobile substation has compact structure, reliable operation, quick response to emergencies, and it can restore power in the shortest time.
